About the role

- Conduct usability testing & talk to users.
Responsibilities
- You'd be our first senior design hire in this new chapter - the person who does the design work and establishes what a good design process looks like, reporting directly to the Head of Product and working closely with stakeholders and Engineering.
- You'll partner with stakeholders across verticals (B2C, Retail, B2B), and Marketing, and work across iOS/iPadOS, eCommerce/web, and Salesforce surfaces.
- Own & execute the design process - from early research and discovery through delivering high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and shipped products.
- Anticipate technical constraints (React, iOS) and user considerations (Accessibility & information design), unblock the team, and escalate issues when you need help.
- Build our design system from scratch across all platforms and user journeys, as the foundation for consistency and execution speed
- Identify and champion improvements that drive revenue.
