IPPS-A is the Army's Web-based Human Resources (HR) solution to provide integrated HR capabilities across all Army Components.

Establish and maintain robust performance monitoring capabilities, tracking key metrics and evaluating team performance against established standards and contract requirements.
Drive the adoption and adherence to agile best practices, continuously refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SAFe framework.
Make strategic recommendations on process and tooling improvements to support the evolving needs of the program and teams.

Required: Active SECRET clearance (or U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
SAFe RTE certification required.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, program management, or large-scale system integration projects.
At least 5 years of direct experience serving as an RTE, PM, or in an equivalent leadership role in a SAFe environment on large-scale Agile implementations.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $120,800 - $265,800 CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
