Responsibilities
- The successful candidates will support Laboratory Medicine by performing ECG, Venipuncture on inpatients/outpatients as well as Specimen Management duties.
- Maintain safe working environment and comply with IPAC
- Perform Specimen Management and Specimen Troubleshooting duties
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year related work experience in a laboratory setting
- Minimum one (1) year recent work experience in, venipuncture, ECG and specimen management
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance and operation
- Understanding of appropriate behaviour required working successfully in a diverse work group.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Ability to work accurately under stressful conditions
Nice to have
- MLPAO or CSMLS license, preferred

- Effective organizational, time management skills and prioritization skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
