New hires will report to the Chantilly VA office every couple of months when initially starting.

Maintain communication with supervisor and counsel and keep all internal and external stakeholders apprised of developments.
3% - Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders, brokers, and/or attendees at conferences, seminars, or other position or company-related functions and meetings.
2% - Work with department members, management, and other work groups on policy form research, development and revisions or other regulatory or product development work.Perform special projects as directed by management.

Minimum five years' experience in the handling complex product liability cases or at least seven years' experience in the legal field, with a high degree of specialized and technical competence.
Proven superior written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal, and relationship management expertise.
Ability to make prompt, intelligent decisions based upon detailed analysis of complex issues.
Ability to travel up to 25% and willingness and ability to be available beyond normal business hours.
Valid driver's license required.
