About the role

- Professional and expressive telephone manner - ability to "sell" retirement living
- Understand and promote a "Hospitality" environment within the home
Responsibilities
- Maintain office operations by ordering supplies, processing invoices, track attendance, process payroll and post scheduled hours including seniority lists
- Using Canva to create advertisements or announcements for our Facebook page
Requirements
- Persuasive Marketing and Sales experience required
- Experience in an Office and or a Care Home setting an asset
- Ability to work under pressure in busy, fast-paced environment
- Exhibit a highly developed ability to actively listen to prospect's and resident's needs
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
