Responsibilities

  • About the Role We're hiring a Senior Paid Media Strategist to lead strategy, identify high-impact opportunities, and serve as the paid channel growth lead across a portfolio of high-performing partner accounts.
  • You'll lead partner calls as the primary paid voice, defend strategic direction, and own performance for your book.
  • If you prefer execution-only work without partner interaction, this is not the right role.
  • You will collaborate closely with our SEO, content, CRO, and development teams to ensure paid recommendations are implemented in ways that support both performance and revenue.
  • We use Teamwork.com for project management and time tracking, which keeps execution accountable and helps us understand where work is going across the partner book.
  • Our paid media team is trusted to lead, not just support.
  • This role is central to how we help partners grow.
