About the role

  • Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
  • BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.
  • With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Evolve Components:
  • Create and refine standardized UI components that deliver the highest standards of quality, performance, accessibility, and design fidelity.
  • Conduct code reviews, validate design fit and finish, and collaborate with the Design team through implementation reviews to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
  • Maintain the Design System Library:
  • Publish, document, and maintain components in our centralized library - ensuring scalability and ease of adoption across teams.
  • Work with teams to integrate design system components into existing products that are transitioning to shared UI infrastructure.
  • Partner Across Engineering:
  • Act as a consultant and mentor for other engineering teams, promoting best practices for using and extending the design system.
  • Create live prototypes and proofs of concept to test and validate new patterns, workflows, and UI paradigms before full-scale development.
  • Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company.
