About the role
- You will be responsible for programming, setup, prove-out, and optimization of 5-axis machining operations, working closely with engineering and operations.
- We are looking for someone who understands why a process works and how to improve it.
Responsibilities
- Create efficient, reliable toolpaths from prints and 3D CAD models
- Perform first article inspections and validate processes
- Collaborate with other departments to support repair and manufacturing projects
Requirements
- Develop and optimize programs using Mastercam (multi-axis strategies required)
- Required Skills & Capabilities
- Experience with manual machining (Bridgeport or equivalent)
Nice to have
- Advanced CAM programming experience (Mastercam preferred)

Skills
- This is a hands-on, high-skill position for an experienced machinist who can take a part from print/model to finished component.
