About the role
- Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator.
- The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
Requirements
- Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required
- consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Nice to have
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred
