About the role
- We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented ESG, SDG & CSR Impact Measurement Analyst Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Framework Development: Design comprehensive frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of Vosyn's projects and initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed, data-driven reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and community partners.

Requirements
- The ability to video record your answers will be required.
Nice to have
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
- Experience in impact measurement, data analysis, or program evaluation, ideally within ESG or social impact contexts.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact assessment methodologies.
- Passionate about driving social change through data and evidence-based decision-making.
