Responsibilities

  • This role ensures accurate revenue recognition, provides clear visibility into commercial profitability, and delivers actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • The position requires strong analytical capability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize trade spend and overall commercial performance.
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer agreements and commercial terms
  • Monitor GTN performance versus budget/forecast and deliver clear variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to develop forward-looking models that forecast GTN impacts by customer, product, and channel.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner for Sales and Marketing.
  • Support promotions, and customer negotiations with robust financial analysis.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, balancing commercial objectives with financial governance.
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer agreements and commercial terms; evaluate their impact on net revenue and profitability.
  • Build GTN dashboards and establish KPIs for reporting to leadership.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (CPA designation preferred).
