About the role
- Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
- This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns.
Responsibilities
- The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Skills
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
- Familiar with automotive parts.
- Ability to operate other light store equipment.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
- O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
Compensation
- $17.05 - $23.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances.
Benefits
- Other additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking and straightening stock, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, checking in and putting up stock orders, etc.
