- Essential Functions

- Initiate and respond to communications with debtor attorneys, trustees, or other third parties via phone and written correspondence.
- Conduct professional, resolution-focused calls with debtors, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Answer and make calls through dialer systems while adhering to call handling standards.
