About the role

This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operational stability of datacenter and network technologies, working in close partnership with remote teams to ensure reliable and seamless IT services.
This position plays a key role in advancing technology transformation initiatives across data center operations, network environments, and A/V solutions.

Demonstrate working knowledge of TIA-568 wiring standards and structured cabling practices.
Procure equipment and software, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders as required.
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Active pursuit of an Associate's degree may be considered.
Demonstrated ability to solve technical and operational problems of moderate complexity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to explain technical concepts and train users in clear, non-technical language.
Ability to work independently while balancing multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Knowledge of server infrastructure and server operating systems.
Experience with enterprise network equipment such as Aruba, Brocade/Ruckus, and FortiNet.
Experience supporting Microsoft server environments and Azure infrastructure.
Experience installing and supporting Audio Visual equipment (e.g., neat.board pro or comparable technologies).
ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Server+, or equivalent experience.
