About the role
- This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operational stability of datacenter and network technologies, working in close partnership with remote teams to ensure reliable and seamless IT services.
- This position plays a key role in advancing technology transformation initiatives across data center operations, network environments, and A/V solutions.

Requirements
- Demonstrate working knowledge of TIA-568 wiring standards and structured cabling practices.
- Procure equipment and software, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders as required.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Active pursuit of an Associate's degree may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical and operational problems of moderate complexity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to explain technical concepts and train users in clear, non-technical language.
- Ability to work independently while balancing multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of server infrastructure and server operating systems.
- Experience with enterprise network equipment such as Aruba, Brocade/Ruckus, and FortiNet.
- Experience supporting Microsoft server environments and Azure infrastructure.
- Experience installing and supporting Audio Visual equipment (e.g., neat.board pro or comparable technologies).
- ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Server+, or equivalent experience.
