About the role

  • The Senior Contracts Manager will help formalize and draft the documentation of strategic agreements with clients and vendors, support the negotiation of all service and software agreements, interpret, understand, and communicate key contractual requirements and obligations, and manage day-to-day contract administration activities for the complete contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate a range of inbound and outbound commercial technology and other types of contracts, including client, partner and vendor agreements.
  • Manage coordination between Salesforce and the contract management tooling.
  • Collaborate with the Legal and Privacy group and cross-functional business teams, including Sales, Products, Finance, Human Resources, and other internal operations functions.
  • Provide assistance with contract language interpretation, negotiation guidance, and support for contract renegotiations and modifications.
  • Provide guidance on contract-related matters and support contract lifecycle management.

  • Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience negotiating, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts related to technology solutions.

Nice to have

  • New York Office, NY preferred
  • Experience negotiating agreements related to data licensing and protection is a plus.
  • Experience with contract management systems is preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.

Compensation

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is:
  • Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • $130,000 - $140,000 plus company bonus
  • $115,000 - $128,000 plus company bonus
  • Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
