About the role

  • As Hadrian's first Head of Early Career Recruiting, you will build and lead our early talent function from the ground up.
  • This is a true 0 to 1 leadership opportunity where you will design the strategy, hire and develop a team, and establish the programs that will bring the next generation of builders into Hadrian.
  • You will create lasting partnerships with top universities, trade schools, and community programs while collaborating closely with engineering and factory operations leaders to scale a best-in-class internship and early career program.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and grow a team of early career recruiters and program leads, providing coaching, direction, and development
  • Design and execute Hadrian's early career recruiting strategy across universities, trade schools, and community programs for both technical and operational talent
  • Develop and own long-term partnerships with universities, trade schools, student organizations, and career centers
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across engineering, operations, and manufacturing to define workforce pipeline needs and hiring goals
  • Plan and lead campus and trade school recruiting events, information sessions, and brand-building activities
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for technical and operational roles
  • Develop scalable processes, tools, and playbooks that support a growing early career function
  • Proven success building or scaling early career and internship programs in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold a team accountable to goals and performance
  • Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience
  • Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders including technical, operations, and senior leadership teams
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to represent Hadrian's mission authentically at all levels
