- Coherent Plug NPI Program Manager Ciena's Optical Modem NPI and LCM Engineering team is looking for a Technical NPI Project Manager to help launch Ciena's world leading optical products into volume production.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects with cross-functional R&D and Operations Engineering
- Maintain accurate and detailed tracking of Operations key deliverables for the program's success
- Manage proto builds in Ciena's Lab and contract manufacturers
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Optical Engineering
- Knowledge of Optical/Electrical test engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years Project Management
- Experience with Agile would be an asset
- and Experience required:
- Strong cross-functional leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Willingness to engage others to achieve results
Compensation
- The annual pay range for this position is $109,000 - $174,000 CAD
- Please note that the pay range information provided in this posting pertains specifically to the primary location, which is the top location listed in case multiple locations are available.
