About the role

  • Your Opportunity as an ICQA Supervisor The Inventory Control Quality Assurance Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing the management and accuracy of our inventory.
  • include monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage practices to align with established quality standards.
  • The supervisor will need to identify and address any quality issues proactively and conduct investigations to determine root causes, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • This position will also involve developing and implementing effective inventory control procedures and quality assurance protocols.
  • Manage all inventory and quality functions.
  • Manage inventory control team members - conduct onboarding, training, performance feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Perform inventory audits.
  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional team members and related staff groups.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards to meet evolving industry quality requirements.
  • Recognize/develop opportunities for employee growth.
  • Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing safe work practices and following safety practices.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years' experience in comprehensive supply chain management,
  • 2+ years of experience in management of inventory within distributions logistics preferably in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • Flexibility required.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' of leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in BlueYonder, Oracle and IMI systems is a plus.
