About the role
- In addition, you will assist with analysis of reports and production data.
- You will also provide recommendations on quality standards and procedures when necessary.
- Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects/activities; results-driven
- Function as a lead auditor to evaluate high risk suppliers and drive corrective actions to improve underperformance
- Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, which includes the legacy brands of Arens Controls, Penny & Giles, PG Drives Technology and Williams Controls, is an excellent supplier in providing components and sub-systems which enable customer specific solutions for on- and off-highway vehicles.
- Ability to lead a cross functional team in RCA (root cause analysis).
Requirements
- 2-3 years of applicable experience within Quality Engineering with exposure to electrical/electronic products.
- Ability to lead a cross functional team in RCA (root cause analysis). Experience with problem solving techniques such as 8D, Fishbone diagram, 5-why
- Experience with engineering drawings & tolerance, standards & specifications
- High School Diploma required. Engineering degree strongly preferred.

- Experience with problem solving techniques such as 8D, Fishbone diagram, 5-why
- Experience within an IATF certified environment preferred. VDA experience a plus.

Compensation
- $ 83,800 - 100,000 per year plus bonus
- Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Illinois.
