Responsibilities
- The HR Generalist will work closely with one assigned client group to support day‑ to‑ day HR needs and help drive a positive and engaged culture.
- This role provides guidance on core HR processes, supports employee relations activities, assists with talent programs, and ensures alignment with HR policies and procedures.
- The HR Generalist will operate as a reliable and solutions‑ oriented partner, escalating complex and strategic issues as appropriate.
- While not responsible for organization‑ wide strategic design, this role contributes to operational HR activities that support client‑ group success.
