Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex programs-from initiation through implementation and global release.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources across functions and global teams.
- Support development of program management standards, governance, templates, and best practices.
- Lead teams without direct authority across engineering, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance. Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution across diverse teams. Mentor project leaders and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, including technical, schedule, and resource risks. Lead teams through ambiguity and change, ensuring alignment throughout program lifecycle. Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive cross-functional resolution.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with technical teams, business leadership, and executives. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and governance reviews. Ensure transparent program communication, documentation, and decision tracking.
- Apply deep knowledge of program management processes and broader business operations to drive program outcomes. Support continuous improvement of program execution and product development processes.

Requirements
- 7 years of progressive experience in product development, project management, or program management.
- Proven success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Business from an accredited program.
- PMP certification preferred.
