About the role

  • Conveying, loading, palletising, packing, sortation and distribution - BEUMER Group is a leader within the development and manufacture of high-technological intralogistics systems for global markets.
  • The Senior Maintenance Technician is a key contributor to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the BEUMER Individual Carrier System (ICS) within airport baggage handling operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components, including ICS elements, diverters, scanners, and third-party equipment used to interface with the system.
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, fault trends, and spare part usage in compliance with reporting protocols.
  • Support system upgrades, and updates, including hardware retrofits in collaboration with engineering and OEM representatives.

Requirements

  • This role demands advanced mechatronics expertise across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in BEUMER SAC systems, PLC programming (Siemens preferred), and fault diagnostics.
