Responsibilities

  • Patient Support:
  • Serve as a liaison for clinic services, offering information on patient experience programs, support groups, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to obtain necessary patient information.

Requirements

  • Less than one year of customer service, administrative or related experience required.
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Ability to key 30 words per minute with accuracy required.
  • Ability to work with handicapped individuals.
  • Ability to use a computer, including Windows-based software and e-mail.
  • Ability to use all necessary office equipment, facsimile machines, calculator, postage machine, copier, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in front desk or reception work with strong communication skills and computer proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Be at minimum a good fit for the job, as determined by the Talent Sorter assessment preferred.

Compensation

  • (Washington State Only) Pay range of $20.00- $23.00/hour + bonus + benefits.
