Responsibilities
- Build trust and rapport with a select group of Privia patients to reduce high-cost utilization and enhance clinical outcomes through telephonic and in-person engagement.
- Maintain a courteous and supportive demeanor when interacting with patients, physicians, and colleagues, and participate in special projects as needed.
