About the role

The BYU Men's Volleyball Assistant Coach will play an integral role in the organization, development, and daily operation of a nationally competitive NCAA Division I volleyball program.
The assistant coach contributes to recruiting, game planning, player development, and program culture, while upholding BYU's commitment to academic excellence, character development, and faith-centered leadership.
The role requires a strong passion for mentoring student-athletes, a collaborative coaching approach, and a dedication to fostering both athletic performance and personal growth within a values-driven environment.

Leverage athlete performance metrics, video analytics, and predictive data modeling to monitor player development and support data-driven coaching decisions.

All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
All employees are required to abide by the university's Honor Code and Dress & Grooming Standards.
Bachelor's Degree (must have required degree by start date)
2 years college volleyball playing and/or coaching experience
Knowledge and understanding of Division I volleyball and NCAA rules and regulations
