Responsibilities
- Lead Account Managers in servicing clients within the account team
- Maintain appropriate business contact with client
- Utilize the Applied/Epic system and the shared drive to maintain client information
- Build relationships with assigned clients and give prompt attention to their requests
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable.
- Proficiency in Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition required at all times.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- High School, Associate Degree, College Graduate
- At least 5 years of experience in the P&C field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Mergers & Acquisition/Private Equity experience preferred.
