About the role

Assist in internal communication across NBCUniversal departments and divisions; as well as with external partners in the creative community: networks, other studios, agencies and managers.
Maintain internal documents including programming reports, production distribution lists, submission logs, etc.
Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ year(s) of on-desk industry experience
Experience supporting executives
Knowledge of the TV industry landscape
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docss
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to anticipate, problem-solve, and stay level-headed under pressure

$50,000 - $60,000
