About the role
- As a Friendlier Campus Leader, you will act as a student ambassador and community builder for the Friendlier reusable packaging program at your school.
- This is an ideal opportunity for students interested in sustainability, marketing, sales, communications, community engagement, or leadership development.
- Gather insights and experiment with ways to improve program participation
Responsibilities
- Support experiments related to signage, return bin placement, awareness tactics, and other engagement strategies
- Create regular social media content featuring Friendlier products and reuse habits in daily campus life
- Events & Community Building
- Host or support one campus event per semester related to sustainability, reuse, or student engagement
- Collaborate with student groups and campus organizations where applicable
Requirements
- Experience with social media content creation is an asset
- Leadership experience in clubs, student groups, athletics, or volunteer organizations is an asset
- Experience supporting behavior change and sustainability initiatives
- Resume-building experience with a growing sustainability-focused company
