Responsibilities

  • You demonstrate s trong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • You have a strong understanding of payroll controls, compliance, and audit practices.
  • You have 10+ years of experience including demonstrated success in senior leadership roles building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Compensation

  • Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
  • $164,539-$279,716 ‎
  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
