About the role

  • We are looking for a Product Success Engineer to join our fast-growing team in San Diego.

Responsibilities

  • The Product Success Engineer will work to support different products throughout the various stages of development and production.

Requirements

  • Domestic travel as required for product support issues.
  • Test Engineering background a plus
  • Experience with product testing and development
  • Ability to read design schematics and understanding basic circuit analysis
  • Root cause analysis debugging skills for both Hardware and Software are a big plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office products such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Familiarity with Linux OS a plus
  • Terminal Command line Interface
  • Ability to read and understand error messaging and debug software issues
  • Basic scripting programing a plus (Python and Bash)
  • Familiarity with SQL/AWS database queries (Postgres and MySQL) a big plus
