The position is hybrid where the staff are in-person three days a week (minimum) and have the option to work remotely two days a week.

Perform acoustical analysis and modeling for building and environmental projects.
Prepare technical reports and recommendations for design teams and clients.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate acoustical solutions.
Support permitting and compliance documentation throughout project phases.
The position will involve a mix of technical design and consulting, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to acoustics (Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, etc.).
1-4 years of experience in acoustical consulting.
Proficiency with SoundPLAN (preferred).
Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Motivation to learn and adopt the latest technologies and practices.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
