Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with partner organizations to align strategic objectives and foster long-term collaboration.
- Drive the creation of joint solutions by integrating Lattice technologies with partner offerings across the physical AI landscape, ensuring both technical and business synergy.
- Lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and channel activation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Lattice product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Monitor partnership performance, capture feedback, and optimize engagement models to maximize value for Lattice and its partners.
- Represent Lattice at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote ecosystem initiatives and expand business networks.
- Enable additional value to our customers through creating joint solutions with key partners, ensuring these collaborations address emerging market needs and deliver differentiated capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partner management within the semiconductor, technology, or AI sectors.
- Ability to travel as required to support partner engagements and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with companies specializing in physical AI, intelligent sensing, or motion control technologies.
- Strong executive presence, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create joint solutions and execute go-to-market strategies with technology partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.
- For candidates who receive and offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.
- Base Pay Range
- In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/ incentive compensation and/ or equity. In addition, this role is eligible for a comprehensive, competitive benefits package which may include healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, and more!
