- Introduction & Key Role Objectives WJ Groundwater is the leading construction dewatering and groundwater specialist in the UK with operations in Canada, the Middle East, Poland & the Philippines.

Responsibilities
- The primary function of this position is to support the management of dewatering projects from design, schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- The role involves facilitating design activities, supervising site operations, and liaising with clients to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the development and application of dewatering system methodologies and techniques to ensure high-quality technical delivery and maintain industry expertise.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to arrange material shipments for dewatering systems, and source quality equipment and related products at competitive prices.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of WJ's contractual activities including the collection, collation and presentation of data.
- Perform project management and dissemination responsibilities, including drafting regular progress reports and participating in team meetings.
- Support the preparation of Method Statements, working drawings, and work procedures
- Manage project programs to meet contractual targets and consistently achieve top-tier industry benchmarks for quality, financials, and overall project delivery.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in design, project coordination, and/or construction within dewatering, groundwater management, or related infrastructure.
Requirements
- The role is primarily based out of our Ottawa Hospital job site, with some work completed from home as required.
- Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental) or a related field
