- Compensation Founding Partner $10,000 commitment $5,000 upfront $5,000 earned through generated revenue 60% revenue share ~$900 per candidate engagement Path to Partner After generating revenue across 10 client logos, Founding Partner to be Promoted to Partner 70% revenue share ~$1,050 per candidate engagement
- Activate their market Acquire new logos / business Build company relationships with HR, Operations, Finance Strong support candidates, and Generate revenue If these are not demonstrated, the partnership will not continue.
