About the role

You'll work side-by-side with customers to understand their workflows, translate needs into product setups, and guide them through successful adoption.
Collate is a fully in-person company based in San Francisco.

Lead Full-Cycle Implementations - Drive implementations from kickoff to go‑live, including scoping, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work hand‑in‑hand with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to define deliverables, manage scope, address technical challenges, and adapt solutions for regulated environments.
Project Planning & Execution - Develop and manage detailed project plans, maintain schedules, track milestones, manage risks and issue escalation to ensure punctual, high‑quality delivery.
Project Management - Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery. Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk management, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
Thorough and Detail-Oriented - Known for a meticulous approach to requirements gathering, solution design, and execution. Able to anticipate gaps, catch inconsistencies, and ensure deliverables standards.
Communication & Collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and scientific concepts for diverse audiences. Builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Prior experience at a startup - able to wear multiple hats, thrive in ambiguity, and build structure in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

4+ years of client-facing implementation experiences - Successfully led enterprise software or platform deployments, preferably within life sciences, biotech, or other highly regulated industries.
Communication & Collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and scientific concepts for diverse audiences.
Work experience in pharma, biotech, or med device
