About the role

  • This is a contract position (4-6 months).
  • They are responsible for overseeing YCI construction projects to successful completion.
  • They organize and coordinate all site activities and supervise crews to complete the project on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all on site activities
  • Manage site flow of information
  • Liaison with clients, AHJ officials and create working relationships
  • Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a regular basis
  • Manage all on site activities; ensure project construction is executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Review the accuracy of shop drawings, change orders, and RFI's as required
  • Responsible for field documentation such as daily logs, conduct daily safety inspections and other required reports
  • The ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain as required by the nature of the work.
