About the role
- Axalta is looking for a creative and resourceful Marketing Content Specialist to join our Global Refinish Marketing Team at our facility in Glen Mills, PA.
- In addition, this position may assist with customer engagement programs to help customers extract the most benefit from their partnership with Axalta.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer segmentation in automotive refinish, with profound knowledge of Axalta's global product systems, technologies, and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the manager and internal stakeholders to develop and manage collateral, sales tools, technical documentation, and other assets to enable share gain and retention.
- Drive and develop presentations to convey the Economy value proposition with a clear and consistent voice through all stages of the selling process.
- Optimize use of the team's sales enablement system (Seismic) and ensure assets are posted and accessible. Develop training materials to help the team understand how to find, use, and deliver tools.
- Develop strong partnerships within the organization to lead and execute marketing programs.
- We've recently set an exciting 2040 carbon neutrality goal, in addition to 10 other sustainability initiatives, and we take pride in working with our customers to optimize their businesses and achieve their goals.
- Axalta may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support certain aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
- These tools may be used to help manage applications, identify job-related qualifications, and assist recruiter review.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business in a related field.
- Experience in business-to-business marketing content creation is required.
- Some travel may be required.

- Proficiency in English is required
