- The Senior Manager, Content Strategy shapes how a 500-person global function and its leader show up at every consequential moment: all-hands stages, executive forums, customer events, and industry platforms.
- This person is a ghostwriter, a strategic content advisor, and an organizational storyteller.
Responsibilities

- Own the editorial calendar for all-hands meetings, LT updates, geo town halls, and the monthly EFM newsletter.
- Maintain the EFM communications calendar in coordination with the Chief of Staff.
- Drive proactive communications, not reactive ones.
- Own the communications workstream of EFM's transformation program.
- Design and execute the change narrative with audience-specific WIIFM for each segment of the EFM team.
- Build the manager enablement toolkit that allows people leaders to cascade the narrative accurately and confidently.
- Manage the listening tour program in partnership with EFM LT.
- Ability to capture and maintain an executive's voice across multiple formats; this requires deep listening, pattern recognition, and professional discretion
Requirements
- 6+ years of communications experience, with at least 3 years in an executive communications or speechwriting role supporting a VP-level or above executive
- Strong editorial judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to produce polished work quickly under pressure are non-negotiable.
Nice to have
- Experience operating in global marketing organizations
- familiarity with enterprise B2B context is strongly preferred

- Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

- For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
