About the role

  • This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts.
  • This role will require 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for complex or escalated prior authorization and appeal cases.
  • Manage registrations and support tickets for the patient access support program and ensure appropriate case documentation and routing.
  • Mentor and support Patient Access Support Specialists by providing guidance on complex cases, payer policies and scenarios, and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient access workflows, training, and customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This role provides training on Medtronic's patient access support for renal denervation, including demonstrations of the secure portal, and manages registrations and support tickets for the program.

Requirements

  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • Coordinate required paperwork and clinical notes for submission in a timely and comprehensive manner as required.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • High degree of initiative, accountability, and self‑motivation
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
