About the role

  • We are looking for a Director, Technical Training to join our Central Operations team at Riot Platforms.
  • Travel up to 40% for site-based training delivery, needs assessments, and vendor and OEM collaboration across Texas and Kentucky locations.

  • In this role, you will own the design and delivery of all technical training programs across our data center and critical infrastructure operations.

Compensation

  • $190k-$215k

  • Base salary range $190,000 - $215,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
