About the role
- Ensure a World Class Team Member Orientation program is successful and work with all Team Members with the overall goal of reducing turnover.
- Schedules and coordinates New Hire Orientation program
Responsibilities
- Ability to design training presentations, materials and exercises to reinforce Understanding of manufacturing processes with solid experience in multiple departments
- Maintains Training Room and prepares for and assists with set up of all classes
- Work with Production Manager to select and provide training for trainers who lead job skills training
Requirements
- Experience with training and instructing personnel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
- Strong facilitation, instruction and coaching skills
- Computer literate (AS400, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and positively at all levels, including internal and external customers, peers, managers, and the home office.
- Bi-lingual in plants that are predominantly Spanish speaking
- Capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Management preferred

- Advance special TMX projects as assigned using skills, knowledge, and abilities gained through experience and education.
