About the role
- This is both a strategic leadership role and an operating role.
- Translate complex clinical data, patient outcomes, and value-based care metrics into compelling, insights-driven narratives that resonate with health plan executives and key decision makers..
- Equip our commercial team with sophisticated enablement materials, competitive insights, ROI calculators, and clinical proof points to shorten payer sales cycles and accelerate adoption and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Establish a robust, insights-driven content and marketing engine that leverages our clinical outcomes to drive market thought leadership.
- Develop future marketing capabilities in patient acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and growth.
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy and organizational structure in support of enterprise growth objectives.
- Build organizational capabilities, operating rhythms and processes that enable Marketing to scale alongside the business.
- Manage marketing budget and prioritization.
- Own company positioning, messaging architecture, and brand strategy.
- Partner with Research and Clinical leaders to amplify evidence supporting the Two Chairs model.

Compensation
- New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $220,000 and $235,000.
- Annual $1,000 Productivity & Wellness Stipend to support your personal and professional goals
