Perform routine checks on red tag bins in the production areas to ensure established NCR procedures are followed.
Perform incoming inspection of purchased product in accordance with industry standard and AQL sampling plan
Complete, inspect and distribute all quality records and documents, as necessary

3 years' experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
Experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Quality Management Software (QMS)
Must be skilled in using inspection equipment including Calipers, Mic's, Bore gauges, Optical Comparator, Hardness Testers, Height Gage etc.
Must be able to read and interpret material certs and heat treat / mechanical certs
Knowledge of assembly inspection, testing and manufacturing
Knowledge of Machine Shop In-process Inspection, ECN Process and GD&T
Knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing processes
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment with a high degree of accuracy, strong organization skill as well as excellent attention to detail
Work week and shift: 6AM-2:30PM, M - F, some daily overtime and weekend work may be occasionally required

Experience in Oracle ERP
Experience in Entropy QMS
Experience in Adobe
Knowledgeable of Industry Standard Requirements (ANSI, ASME, ISO 9001, etc.)
Operate and program CMM (knowledge or FARO/ROMER arm a plus)
