Responsibilities
- Perform CNC and manual metal fabrication to blueprint specifications or cut lists, including layout, rolling, cutting, shearing, drilling, braking, and punching, to produce quality parts.
- Complete routine equipment and workstation maintenance to support safe, clean, and organized operations.
- Sort, kit, and assemble parts to support work orders and production schedules.
- Follow guidance from more experienced team members while building foundational metalworking skills.
- You'll work alongside experienced operators, machinists, and production teammates who support one another through clear communication, shared standards, and mutual respect.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in fabrication and measurement.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an orderly work environment.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
- Willingness to learn CNC and manual metalworking processes through hands-on training.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work a first-shift, extended-hour schedule.
