Responsibilities
- Manage resources and staff workload for their assigned projects; ensure studies are resourced appropriately
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate performance of staff, including setting-up goals and objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing staff with guidance on technical/project related issues
- Successfully drives interactions with project teams by clearly communicating requirements around data, timing and budget to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in developing, defining, maintaining, and enforcing Data Management standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant data/analytic discipline
