7+ years of experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, FF&E, or technical project management
experience working on the operator, brand, or owner representative side of hotel projects
a strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, FF&E integration, and technical coordination
a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
excellent communication and organizational skills
an eye for detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mind
confidence working in fast-paced and international environments
willingness to travel across North America
