About the role
- As a Senior Finance Manager professional at Procter & Gamble, you will take on a role with broad responsibilities in supporting the financial operations of the manufacturing sites.
- Your expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and collaboration will contribute to effective financial operations and decision-making at the plant and business unit level.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Manage medium sized projects to drive the business
- Develop expertise in Cost Accounting, Forecasting/Budgeting, Strategy
- Oversee site governance and stewardship activities to maintain compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial objectives and drive performance improvements.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team (if applicable).
Requirements
