Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Support month-end close and financial reporting, including account analysis and reconciliations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA a plus)
- 0-3 years of experience in public or private accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP (Lease Accounting experience a plus)
Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A fast learner with intellectual curiosity and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently and with large data sets
- Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Adra, Planful, Dataserv, or SQL a plus
- Leadership who truly lead and engage with employees
- A work environment that's encouraging and collaborative
