Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the FSSC EMEA teams (Credit Management and SMEs), fostering an inclusive and high-performing team environment
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead automation initiatives within FSSC EMEA, including ownership of the automation lab
  • Oversee complex accounting, reporting, and compliance topics, including statutory audit support and resolution of high-impact financial matters
  • Strengthen balance sheet control and build capabilities of balance sheet owners across the team
  • Proven experience ((Min 5 years and at least 2 yrs as a team lead) in finance operations, shared services, or accounting leadership roles in an international environment

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong expertise in accounting process knowledge is a must have.

Compensation

  • This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4936 to € 6699 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
