About the role
- The Jack's Place concierge role is a unique position that provides hospitality support to Shaw patients and guests staying at Jack's Place.
- The Concierge lives on site in order to provide on-call support for guests, oversight of routine maintenance and repairs, plans and hosts guest activities to enhance patient experience, and is an active and engaged member of the Spirit of Survival team.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out, orient guests, explain policies and services. Answers and manages referral calls for reservations, confirms room availability and manages the waiting list.
Requirements
- Must be HIPAA compliant.
